RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
Products* can be exchanged for store credit, a different product of equal value, or a full refund via the original payment method.
Returned products must have any original tags, no visible signs of wear or use and in resellable condition.
*Discounted products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To return a product please complete the following steps:
1. Please complete the Contact page with your order date and your choice of store credit, a different item, or refund.
2. A confirmation email will be sent with details of return address.
3. Send off product for return. Please note tracking number in case of lost item.
Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 1-2 days of receipt of the returned product.
